Disgusting Recipe

Don't you hate it when you follow a recipe and it's disgusting?  Shouldn't it be a requirement that they test out the recipe before they print it?  I tried to make some sugar cookies and for the first time I followed the recipe and it was disgusting.  I feel that they should refund me for my ingredient.
