Diets

Don't you hate it when you try to lose weight and all you can think about is FOOD? 

I started watching The Biggest Losers and every single time they started to do the weighing; I find myself eating ice creams or cookies.  I know that I shouldn't have them in the first place.  I don't remembering buying them, but they never failed me.  Somehow and someway, those cookies and ice creams are in my house.

Perhaps, I should watch Man vs. Food instead; maybe the quantity of food being consume will disgust me. 

Beauty

Don't you hate it when you can't see your outer beauty?  Beauty is definitely in the eyes of the beholder, but why can't you see your own beauty?  You know that you are a beautiful person on in the inside, but when someone compliment you on your outer beauty, you think they are kidding.

Take off those insecure goggles and start looking at your outer beauty the way you look at your soul.

Double Standards

Don't you hate double standards?  Why is it ok for woman to be friends with her ex, but her man can't be friend with his ex?  It takes two to tangle.  Not all home-wrecker are female.  Ladies: If the first time your ex contacted you is after his recent break-up, he's really not your friend.  Gentlemen: It is never smart to talk to your ex behind your ladies.

Opinions

Don't you hate it when you let other opinions dictate your actions?  Remember that opinions are just opinions they are not fact.  The only opinion that should dictate your action is yours.  You may look at others to for guidelines, but don't minimize the one person that matter the most.  That person is you.

Let it go!!!

Who hates it when you know that you should "let it go" but you still hang onto it?  You don't know why you have this strong attachment to it and you know that it will be better for you to yet it go.  Only bad things will happen if you keep it. 

Phone in Toilet Stall

Who hates it when people talk on the phone while they are using the restroom?  Am I the only one that find it disgusting?  Please do not pick up my call while you are using the facilities, seriously whatever it is it can wait until you are done.  If you need to go, please let me know and call me later.

Text Messages

Don't you hate it when people text message you when you are sitting next to them?  Worst of all they texted you, "LOL", when they didn't even smiled.  I thought that "LOL" means "Laughing Out Loud".  Maybe I am old, but what happened to laughing and having normal conversation without smart phone?

Was I supposed to respond to that text?
